§89E‑23. Injunction.
As an additional remedy, theBoard shall have the authority to proceed in a superior court appropriatejurisdiction to enjoin and restrain any natural or corporate person fromviolating the prohibitions of this Chapter. The Board shall not be required topost bond in connection with obtaining either provisional, preliminary orpermanent injunctive relief pursuant to the North Carolina Rules of CivilProcedure or G.S. 1‑485 et seq. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c.1074, s. 1.)
