§89F‑21. Reissuance of license.
The Board may, by a vote ofthe quorum, reissue a license to any person whose license has been revoked ifthe Board finds, after written application by the applicant, that there is goodcause to justify the reissuance of the license. (1995, c. 414, s. 1.)
