§89F‑23. Injunctive relief.
The Board may seek injunctiverelief to enjoin and restrain any natural or corporate person from violatingthis Chapter. The Board shall not be required to post bond in connection withobtaining either provisional, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief. (1995,c. 414, s. 1.)
