§ 90‑104. Recordsof registrants or practitioners.
Each registrant or practitioner manufacturing, distributing, ordispensing controlled substances under this Article shall keep records andmaintain inventories in conformance with the record‑keeping and theinventory requirements of the federal law and shall conform to such rules andregulations as may be promulgated by the Commission.
