§ 90‑171.56. Medicationaide requirements.
The Board of Nursing shall dothe following:
(1) Establish standardsfor faculty and applicant requirements for medication aide training.
(2) Provide ongoingreview and evaluation, and recommend changes, for faculty and medication aidetraining requirements to support safe medication administration and improveclient, resident, and patient outcomes. (2005‑276, s. 10.40C(b); 2007‑148, s. 3.)
