§ 90‑171.94. Applicability of compact.
This Article is applicable only to nurses whose home states aredetermined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to have licensurerequirements that are substantially equivalent or more stringent than those ofNorth Carolina. (1999‑456, s.25.)
