§ 90‑178.7. Enforcement.
(a) The joint subcommittee may apply to the Superior Court ofWake County to restrain any violation of this Article.
(b) Any person who violates G.S. 90‑178.3(a) shall beguilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. (1983, c. 897, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 633; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s.14(c).)
