§ 90‑210.19. Boardmembers' oath of office.
The members of said Board, before entering upon their duties, shalltake and subscribe to the oath of office prescribed for other State officers,which said oath shall be administered by a person qualified to administer suchoath and shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
