§ 90‑210.87. Unclaimed funds of defunct burialassociation.
All unclaimed funds of any burial association that is no longer inoperation shall be disposed of in accordance with Chapter 116B. (1969, c. 1083; 1975, c. 837; 1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1311, s. 7; 1987, c.864, s. 12; 2003‑420, s. 17(b).)
