§ 90‑210.98. Statewide organization ofassociations.
It shall be lawful for the several mutual burial associations of theState of North Carolina, in good standing, to organize and provide for astatewide organization of mutual burial associations, which organization shallbe for the mutual and general suggestive control of mutual burial associationsin the State of North Carolina. Such organization shall be known as the NorthCarolina Burial Association, Incorporated, and shall be composed of members whoare lawfully operating burial associations in this State and who pay their duesto such association.
