§ 90‑210.99. Article deemed exclusive authorityfor organization, etc., of mutual burial associations.
This Article shall be deemed and held exclusive authority for theorganization and operation of mutual burial associations within the State ofNorth Carolina, and such associations shall not be subject to any other lawsrespecting insurance companies of any class.
