§ 90‑21.54. Exhaustion of administrativeremedies and appeals.
No action may be commenced under this Article until the plaintiff hasexhausted all administrative remedies and appeals, including those internalremedies and appeals established under G.S. 58‑50‑61 through G.S.58‑50‑62, and G.S. 58‑50‑75 through G.S. 58‑50‑95,and including those established under any successor external review process.
