§ 90‑21.66. Judgment bycourt.
After a party to thearbitration proceeding receives notice of a decision, the party may file amotion with the court for a judgment in accordance with the decision at whichtime the court shall issue such a judgment unless the decision is modified,corrected, or vacated as provided in G.S. 90‑21.68.
