§ 90‑270.77.  Fees.

The Board shall adopt andpublish, in the manner established by its rules and regulations, feesreasonably necessary to cover the cost of services rendered for the followingpurposes:

(1)        For an initialapplication, a fee not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00).

(2)        For issuance of aninitial license, a fee not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(3)        For the renewal of alicense, a fee not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

(4)        For the late renewalof a license, a fee not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

(5)        Expired.

(6)        For copies of Boardrules and licensure standards, charges not to exceed the actual cost ofprinting and mailing. (1983 (Reg. Sess., 1984), c. 1073, s. 1; 2005‑432, s. 12.)
