§ 90‑284. Exclusive jurisdiction of Board.
The Board shall have exclusive authority to determine thequalifications, skill and fitness of any person to serve as an administrator ofa nursing home under the provisions of this Article, and the holder of a licenseunder the provisions of this Article shall be deemed qualified to serve as theadministrator of a nursing home for all purposes.
