§ 90‑287. Reciprocity with other states.
The Board may issue a nursing home administrator's license, withoutexamination, to any person who holds a current license as a nursing homeadministrator from another jurisdiction, provided that the Board finds that thestandards for licensure in such other jurisdiction are at least the substantialequivalent of those prevailing in this State, and that the applicant isotherwise qualified.
