§ 90‑288.11. Purpose.
The administrators of assisted living residences are responsible forthe residents who require daily care to attend to their physical, mental, andemotional needs. Therefore, the certification of assisted living administratorsis necessary to ensure adequate levels of care across the State and to protectpublic health, safety, and welfare. (1999‑443, s. 1.)
