§ 90‑32. Contentsof original license.
The original license granted by the North Carolina State Board ofDental Examiners shall bear a serial number, the full name of the applicant,the date of issuance and shall be signed by the president and the majority ofthe members of the said Board and attested by the seal of said Board and thesecretary thereof. The certificate of renewal of license shall bear a serialnumber which need not be the serial number of the original license issued, thefull name of the applicant and the date of issuance.
