§ 90‑329. Declaration of policy.
It is declared to be the public policy of this State that theactivities of persons who render counseling services to the public be regulatedto insure the protection of the public health, safety, and welfare. (1983, c. 755, s. 1; 1993, c. 514, s. 1.)
