§ 90‑392. Disposition of fees.
The fees derived from the operation of this Article shall be used bythe Board in carrying out its functions. The operations of the Board aresubject to the oversight of the State Auditor pursuant to Article 5A of Chapter147 of the General Statutes. (1991, c. 670.)
