§ 90‑450. Purpose.
It is the purpose of this Article to promote the health, safety, andwelfare of the people of North Carolina by establishing an orderly system ofacupuncture licensing and to provide a valid, effective means of establishinglicensing requirements. (1993, c. 303, s. 1.)
