§ 90‑510. Investigations; good faith reports ofviolations.
The Board may, on its own motion, investigate any report indicatingthat a licensee is or may be in violation of the provisions of this Article.Any person who in good faith reports to the Board any such information shallnot be subject to suit for civil damages as a result of reporting thisinformation.
