§ 90‑7. Bond ofsecretary.
The secretary of the North Carolina Medical Board shall give bond withgood surety, to the president of the Board, for the safekeeping and properpayment of all moneys that may come into his hands. (1858‑9, c. 258, s. 17; Code, s. 3134; Rev., s.4497; C.S., s. 6611; 1995, c. 94, s. 10.)
