§ 90‑85.16. Examination.
The license examination shall be given by the Board at least twice eachyear. The Board shall determine the subject matter of each examination and theplace, time and date for administering the examination. The Board shall also determinewhich persons have passed the examination. The examination shall be designed todetermine which applicants can reasonably be expected to safely and properlypractice pharmacy.
