§ 90‑85.19. Reinstatement.
Whenever a pharmacist who has not renewed his license for five or moreyears seeks to renew or reinstate his license, he must appear before the Boardand submit evidence that he can safely and properly practice pharmacy. (1981 (Reg. Sess., 1982), c. 1188, s. 1.)
