§ 90‑85.35. Availability of patient records.
Pharmacists employed in health care facilities shall have access topatient records maintained by those facilities when necessary for thepharmacist to provide pharmaceutical services. The pharmacist shall makeappropriate entries in patient records. (1981 (Reg. Sess., 1982), c. 1188, s. 1.)
