§91A‑5. License required.
It is unlawful for any person,firm, or corporation to establish or conduct a business of pawnbroker unlesssuch person, firm, or corporation has procured a license to conduct business incompliance with the requirements of this Chapter. (1989, c. 638, s. 2.)
