§93D‑15. Violation of Chapter.
Any person who violates any ofthe provisions of this Chapter and any person who holds himself out to thepublic as a fitter and seller of hearing aids without having first obtained alicense or apprenticeship registration as provided for herein shall be deemedguilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
