§93D‑16. Severability.
If any provision of theChapter shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such invalidity shallnot affect other provisions or the application of the Chapter which can begiven effect without the invalid provisions. To this end, the provisions ofthis Chapter are declared to be severable. (1969, c. 999.)
