§93D‑2. Fitting and selling without license unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for anyperson to fit or sell hearing aids unless he has first obtained a license fromthe North Carolina State Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board or is anapprentice working under the supervision of a board licensee. (1969,c. 999; 1981, c. 601, s. 1.)
