§94‑3. Director of Apprenticeship.
The Commissioner of Labor ishereby directed to appoint a Director of Apprenticeship which appointment shallbe subject to the confirmation of the State Apprenticeship Council by amajority vote. The Commissioner of Labor is further authorized to appoint andemploy such clerical, technical, and professional help as shall be necessary toeffectuate the purposes of this Chapter.
