§95‑103. Acceptance of such payments unlawful.
It shall be unlawful for anylabor organization to accept or receive from any carrier or shipper ofproperty, or any association of such carriers or shippers, any paymentdescribed in G.S. 95‑102 above. (1963, c. 244.)
