§95‑47.13. Severability.
If any provision of thisArticle or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications, andto this end the provisions of this Article are severable. (1929,c. 178, s. 9; 1979, c. 780, s. 1.)
