§ 96‑1. Title.
This Chapter shall be knownand may be cited as the "Employment Security Law." Any reference tothe Unemployment Compensation Commission shall be deemed a reference to theEmployment Security Commission and all powers, duties, funds, records, etc., ofthe Unemployment Compensation Commission are transferred to the EmploymentSecurity Commission.
