§96‑34. Prohibitions on use of information collected.
Data and information reported,collected, maintained, disseminated, and analyzed may not be used by any Stateor local government agency or entity for purposes of making personal contactswith current or former students or their employers or trainers. (1995,c. 507, s. 25.6(a).)
