§97‑137. Examination of the Association.
The Association shall besubject to examination and regulation by the Commissioner. The Board shallsubmit, not later than March 30 of each year, a financial report for thepreceding calendar year in a form approved by the Commissioner. (1985(Reg. Sess., 1986), c. 1013, s. 1.)
