§97‑26.1. Fees for medical records and reports; expert witnesses.
The Commission may establishmaximum fees for the following when related to a claim under this Article: (i)the searching, handling, copying, and mailing of medical records, (ii) thepreparation of medical reports and narratives, and (iii) the presentation ofexpert testimony in a Commission proceeding.
