§99B‑1.2. Breach of warranty.
Nothing in this act shallpreclude a product liability action that otherwise exists against amanufacturer or seller for breach of warranty. The defenses provided for inthis Chapter shall apply to claims for breach of warranty unless expresslyexcluded under this Chapter. (1995, c. 522, s. 1.)
