§99C‑3. Violation constitutes negligence.
A violation of anyresponsibility placed on the skier, passenger or ski area operator as set forthin G.S. 99C‑2, to the extent such violation proximately causes injury toany person or damage to any property, shall constitute negligence on the partof the person violating the provisions of that section.
