120.40 Pay ranges.
The pay ranges established by the board of county commissioners for the county public defender and staff, and those established by the joint board of county commissioners for the joint county public defender and staff, shall not exceed the pay ranges assigned under section 124.14 of the Revised Code for comparable positions of the Ohio public defender and staff.
