1509.073 Fluid drilling requirements.
A person that is issued a permit under this chapter to drill a new well or drill an existing well deeper in an urbanized area shall establish fluid drilling conditions prior to penetration of the Onondaga limestone and continue to use fluid drilling until total depth of the well is achieved unless the chief of the division of mineral resources management authorizes such drilling without using fluid.
