3313.842 Joint educational programs.

(A) The boards of education of any two or more school districts may enter into an agreement for joint or cooperative establishment and operation of any educational program including any class, course, or program that may be included in a school district’s graded course of study and staff development programs for teaching and nonteaching school employees. Each school district that is party to such an agreement may contribute funds of the district in support of the agreement and for the establishment and operation of any educational program established under the agreement. The agreement shall designate one of the districts as the district responsible for receiving and disbursing the funds contributed by the districts that are parties to the agreement.

(B) Notwithstanding sections 3313.48 and 3313.64 of the Revised Code, any district that is party to an agreement for joint or cooperative establishment and operation of an educational program may charge fees or tuition for students who participate in the program and are entitled to attend school in the district under section 3313.64 or 3313.65 of the Revised Code.
