3350.14 General assembly to support university - other sources.
The general assembly shall support the northeastern Ohio universities college of medicine by such sums and in such manner as it may provide, but support may come from other sources. No state funds shall be provided under this section unless such college meets the requirements of section 3333.11 of the Revised Code.
