4703.38 Rules to set fees.
The board of landscape architect examiners shall promulgate rules setting fees in accordance with section 4703.37 of the Revised Code, and governing the application, examination procedure, renewal, revocation, denial, or failure to renew registration in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
