4905.491 [Repealed Effective 9/13/2010] Cause for refusal of petition.
In case the petition provided for in section 4905.48 or section 4905.49 of the Revised Code is filed by a telephone company, it shall be sufficient cause for refusal thereof if the commission finds that one or more of such telephone companies is in default of compliance with any order of the commission.
