5101.525 Determination of program eligibility.
The director of job and family services may determine applicants’ eligibility for the children’s health insurance program part III by any of the following means:
(A) Using employees of the department of job and family services;
(B) Assigning the duty to county departments of job and family services;
(C) Contracting with a government entity or person.
