5123.605 Legal rights service program income fund.
There is hereby created in the state treasury the program income fund. Revenue generated from settlements, gifts, donations, and other sources of legal rights service program income shall be credited to the fund. The program income fund shall be used to support legal rights service programs for purposes from which the income was derived and for the general support of legal rights service programs.
