5307.13 [Effective Until 9/13/2010] Confirmation of sale and execution of conveyance.

On the sheriff’s return of his proceedings to sell the estate, the court of common pleas shall examine them. If a sale has been made, and the court approves it, the sheriff shall execute and deliver a deed to the purchaser on receiving payment of the consideration money, or taking sufficient security therefor, to the satisfaction of the court.
