5591.15 Publication in newspaper.
All resolutions and notices provided for in sections 5591.03 to 5591.17 of the Revised Code, shall be published in a newspaper published in and of general circulation in the county where the improvement provided in such sections is to be made, and such publication shall be complete when published once a week, on the same day of the week, for two consecutive weeks.
