5715.701 Discharge of lien by county recorder - recording of release.
The county recorder shall discharge a lien described in section 5715.70 of the Revised Code when the release described in that section is presented to the county recorder. In addition to the discharge on the records by the recorder, the release shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose by the recorder. The recorder is entitled to the fees for such recording as provided by section 317.32 of the Revised Code for recording deeds.
